Shipping & Returns

* Delivery Time.
We need 2-5 days to process your order before shipping.The delivery time for US, European countries the delivery will take 10-20 days.
* Tracking information.
After we ship package, customer receive automatic email with tracking details.
* Lost Package Policy.
If a package did not arrive in 5 weeks after the shipping date, then this package is treated as Lost. In this case a new package will be shipped to the customer provided we are able to give the same items as those purchased by the customer. If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will either propose to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer. If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely, thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded.

* Return or Exchange

IF I RECEIVE AN ORDER I'M NOT HAPPY WITH, HOW CAN I RETURN IT?
Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
The product does not look like the ones in your picture.
The product is not what I'd imagine it to be.
I am not satisfied with this product.
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees we sent to you before, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount(its deducted by the bank) and give you a partial refund.

Non-quality Problems 
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. First, please let us know,then you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.

Quality Problems
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. First, please let us know, then you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees fist). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that you ship to us back and we ship to you again. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
We process all returns within 1 to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return. On average, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks from the date you mail your return before the refund is posted in your account.
